You are purchasing a jewelry made with materials specially selected so that your pieces have durability.

The pieces go through manufacturing processes that guarantee high quality of your contemporary jewelry. Our pieces are covered with several layers of precious metals such as Ouro 18k and Ródio Branco, including a bath made of hypoallergenic material.

So, we can't foresee all the incidents that can happen with our jewelry, right? To avoid doubts, follow our warranty policy below.

Bathroom Warranty

As LLucy jewelry comes with a 6 (six) month extended warranty on bathroom or furniture . That is, from the date of purchase that does not include tax quota or warranty certificate, the jewelry will have to be repaired or replaced within 6 months in the following hypotheticals:

  1. Non-leaf stains.
  2. Detachment or partial or total peeling of the bathroom

Bathroom warranty exclusion

Jewelry that is constantly exposed to chemical products or natural acids is excluded from the bathroom warranty. These parts are exposed and the continuous use of certain natural or synthetic abrasive elements can corrode the surface of two precious metals.

Examples of exposures that can corrode your jewelry bath: perfume spray, surgical lotion nitrite, acetone or nail polish remover, general cleaning products, pool chlorine, oils and body lotions, tanning spray, sea water, sauna , intense and daily sun, among others.

Jewelry purchased on sale is excluded from the extended bathroom warranty.

The legal guarantee provided for in the Consumer Protection Code.

Applies to jewelry manufacturing defects ONLY. Do not charge by misuse, partial or total bankruptcies, or even a number of accidents even if you do not intend them.

Some examples of exclusion of warranty for the jewels that form:

  • Kneaded
  • Arranhadas
  • Snatched
  • Redcurrants
  • Worn out due to corrosion from continuous use
  • Darkening or detachment of resin
  • Darkening by sujeira (greenish)
  • Incomplete (or loss of parts as important)
  • Bad use or neglect
  • Broken, opaque or soft stones
  • Ravines
  • Riscadas
  • Twisted
  • Used for purposes other than those for which it was created (for example, using a bracelet as a turntable, which can cause breakage of the piece)

If you are allergic, can you use LLucy jewelry?

Allergy is a very delicate topic to deal with because it is something particular to each body. There are people who are extremely allergic to any type of metal, including pure gold and surgical steel. For this reason we cannot affirm that the jewelry is 100% free of all allergies.

Most women say they are allergic, so many wear only low-quality jewelry or jewelry with heavy metals such as nickel. LLucy jewelry is carefully manufactured and equipped with metals named as 18k gold and white gold, along with anti-allergy treatment, or that greatly minimizes the risk of allergies.

Our suggestion is that you buy a small and light LLucy jump, and then face the test. If your body is not present, you will be more confident investing in contemporary jewelry of quality and style.

Requests for return, exchange or refund for allergy reasons are not covered by our guarantees.

How to activate the guarantee?

First of all, please certify that your product is covered by the two warranty terms mentioned above. Please have more jewelry that requires a warranty or purchase coupon or warranty certificate. Immediately send us an e-mail at contato@llucy.com.br communicating your contact information and why your item requires special attention.

LLucy has a legal period of 30 days to receive, process the request and resolve the questão. But we hope to resolve it yourself beforehand.
